World Woods Rolling Oaks Golf Club |

6985-73.5-136 6520-71.4-131 6069-69.5-125
Tom Fazio designed this must play and must see-to-believe, 36-hole golf facility, referring to it as his "best work." The caliber of the golf courses and the quiet location -- which is endowed with mature, pristine forestry and ample vegetation, offers a world class golf experience. Both Pine Barrens and Rolling Oaks have been listed among the top 100 golf courses in the US for many years. Pine Barrens is one of only 16 golf courses rated in 2004 as a five star golf facility by Golf Digest. Golf Magazine rates Pine Barrens in its Top Ten and Rolling Oaks in the Top 50 of its Top 100 golf course listing. Also featured at World Woods is the No. 1 ranked practice facility, which includes a 22-acre, four-sided practice range with multiple stations on each side. World Woods' reduced 36-hole rate is one of the best golf deals in Florida. Pine Barrens -- which is often compared to Pine Valley, winds through heavily wooded pine forest that will make you forget you're in Florida. Rolling Oaks is often compared to Augusta National, offering nice slopes, meticulous fairways, beautiful oaks and flowering shrubs.

Plantation Palms Golf Course |
|

6824-73.4-139 6324-71.1-135 5924-69.3-131 5396-71.8-130
In December 2000, Land O' Lakes Florida became home to a great course with the look and condition of an upscale private club. It has since gained a reputation as one of the very best courses in West Central Florida. Just 10 minutes north of Tee Times USA's North Tampa hotels, Plantation Palms is fair but challenging. Golf course architect David Harman, who also designed the award-winning Panther Lake and Crooked Cat Courses at well known Orange County National, carved this masterpiece from a 400-acre citrus grove that slopes from west to east, providing interesting elevation changes on many holes. The course quietly starts with a welcoming, 561-yard (from the back tees) par 5, then slowly steps it up with a mixture of adult-strength par 3's, elevation shifts and the attractive framing of greens with the use of pine trees, water and large, snow-white sand bunkers. The true-rolling, elevated greens have good movement and are a delight to even the most discriminating golfer. Water is in play on 17 of 18 holes.
